About

I've been in the trenches since 2003.

I'm Cory Boatright. Real estate investor, coach, three-time best-selling author, husband, father, and a relentlessly curious operator. Everything on this site is built on one belief: most investors don't need more information — they need a guide who's actually done it.

The story

From broke college kid to 2,000+ closings.

I closed my first real estate deal at 23 with no money, no mentor, and a stack of self-help books I barely understood. I stumbled, lost money, made it back, and then — slowly — figured out the patterns the gurus weren't selling.

Twenty years later I've personally been involved in over 2,000 closings — single-family, wholesale, fix-and-flip, multifamily, and apartment syndications. I've been featured in The New York Times and Fast Company, and was invited to consult at Harvard University on entrepreneurship and real estate.

Along the way I wrote three best-selling books on the mindset, mechanics, and money behind real estate investing — not because the world needed more books, but because students kept asking me to put the system on paper.

Today, I keep my coaching roster small on purpose. I'd rather work shoulder-to-shoulder with a few serious operators than sell another generic course to the masses. If that's the kind of coaching you're looking for — let's talk.

A note from Cory

"Remember… be a servant."

That's been my signature for over a decade. Every coaching call, every deal, every decision — it starts with: how do I serve the person across the table? Do that long enough, and the money takes care of itself.
